Pocket Elk™ Pocket Elk is the Windows CE® based version of its powerful Visual Elk™ CRM solution. Pocket Elk delivers a wide range of capabilities, including sales and field force automation, customer management, order entry, merchandising, customer service, and sample tracking, to users of handheld personal computers (H/PC) and Personal Digital Assistants (PDA). Web Works™ for Visual Elk Web Works for Visual Elk provides a secure "pure DHTML" eBusiness system. Fulfillment and follow up tasks can be automated, reducing overheads while increasing service levels. Many new ways of interacting with customers and conducting core business are possible.
