E-CSR.com E-CSR.com is an ehealth extension of CustomerFocus. With E-CSR.com, Members, Providers and Groups can use the Internet to obtain information such as patient eligibility, formulary lists, physician directories, or even submit an issue to the health plan on-line. CustomerFocus tracks all activity on E-CSR.com and includes these e-contacts in the member's or provider's call history. Triple-S of Puerto Rico (Blue Shield)    Triple-S of Puerto Rico has implemented CustomerFocus for its over 700,000 Medicaid members. Triple-S was serching for a healthcare-specific call center application when it discovered Outlaw Technologies. The CustomerFocus system has been operational since November, 1999.
