Inbound/Outbound Customer Care Our Customer Care services build and sustain customer loyalty by identifying and providing the service and attention customers want. We focus on managing and maintaining all aspects of caring for customers including inbound, outbound and web-based services. For example, we provide such services as order entry, billing status, account or personal information changes, account status checks, general products and services inquires, and welcome calls.
 
Inbound/Outbound Customer Acquisition APAC continues our nearly 30 year history of providing customer acquisition services that provide immediate, measurable results. Whether orchestrated as stand-alone programs or integrated as part of a larger customer interaction initiative, our customer acquisition solutions offer services including, but not limited to, market research, lead generation, direct sales, cross selling/up selling, welcome programs, appointment setting, surveys and polling, direct response and web magnet programs.
 
Third Party Administration Services APAC provides TPA services streamlining clients’ back office, paperwork, scheduling, disbursement and referral services operations. We have experience with rate pursuit, auto glass repair/replacement processing, first notice of loss to auto/homeowners, and lien holder verification services. Our web-based document management systems automate and accelerate processes for claims processing operations, dealer location, and online fulfillment.
 
Verticalized ASP-driven Customer Interaction Solutions APAC’s ASP customer interaction model, e.PAC, is perfect for clients who want to maintain control of their call center operations and marketing efforts, but don’t possess the time, money, and resources to enhance or streamline their current customer interaction platform. APAC has developed this solution by defining, designing, building and implementing the e.PAC ASP platform. Integrating best-of-breed customer interaction technologies, our ASP Solution is a thin-client, bandwidth friendly suite of integrated multi-channel applications. The key benefit here is that clients using our ASP model can reduce the cost and support associated with traditional on-site or in-house customer interaction management solutions.
 
Third Party Verification Services APAC provides regulated and unregulated industries with third party verification services. Proven to reduce buyer’s remorse and eliminate slamming penalties and fines, APAC’s tape recorded verification services are applicable to inbound, outbound contact management, and customer retention programs. Additionally, many client programs have strict quality of service and accuracy parameters. To ensure that these parameters are met, APAC uses state of the art digital and tape recording as required by each client.
 
Licensed Agent Programs APAC is the nation’s 12th largest provider of expert licensed agents for care and acquisition programs for healthcare, insurance and brokerage organizations. Through our web-based licensing programs, it takes as little as 90 days to pre-qualify, train, license, and appoint insurance agents in 49 states. We are experienced in securities licensing for series 6 and 63, and are a member of the Society of Insurance Licensing Administrators (SILA). APAC’s licensed agents currently carry out services such as L&H, P&C, claims processing, dealer location, coverage calculation, and approval/disapproval processing.
