Sr. Reports Developer

Job Description:  Sr. Reports Developer - Business Intelligence Reporting Tools & Crystal Job Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager of Data Management, you will design and develop corporate operational and data warehouse reports using various Business Intelligence Tools (Brio, Business Objects), Seagate Info and Crystal Reports to support reporting requirements for various divisions with SQL Server 6.5 and 7, Oracle 8 and DB2 as back-end databases. You will analyze current and future reporting needs and will work with various departments to "spec-out" reporting requirements. Will also implement reporting infrastructure and modify vendor-supplied stored procedures for third-party applications using SQL server, Oracle and DB2 back-ends. Required Skills: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or equivalent and 5+ years' IT experience in business information systems including integration and custom business application design and development including 3+ years of reports development experience using SQL and other Data Warehouse reporting tools from vendors like Brio, Business Objects and other reporting tools like Crystal Reports. Experience with Internet or a web-based system is desired. Experience with client server systems, HTML, web development, stored procedures, triggers, ASP, DB tools is preferred. Must have good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Development experience with Visual Basic is a plus. Experience with multiple databases (specifically Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server) would be a welcome addition. An understanding of servlet architectures, CGI, and distributed web application development would also be pluses. Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications and data warehousing tools (reporting) are also preferred.
