CRM Sales Executives Needed!

Job Description:  Enterprise Account Executive Responsibilities: Meet and/exceed annual sales quota Develop new business accounts within new or installed base named, national and/or global accounts. Develop and execute on an annual sales plan for each named, national, and/or global account. Work closely with the Sales Engineer support team to identify key customer business requirements and transform them into our solutions which meet the customer requirements Provide custom presentations on our solutions and products as they apply to the customer/prospect problems and needs Create solution proposals and/or answer qualified RFP's. Acknowledged expert on competitive products and our relative strengths Coordinate with Professional Services to deliver a comprehensive solution proposal to customers Maintain clear understanding of how existing customers are using us and hosting site visits between prospects and those customers. Form and perpetuate durable business partnerships and relationships which will promote the long-term success Form and perpetuate durable relationships with our business partners to drive business in the territory and promote partner and our success. Mentor junior staff and assist in the development of technical and business talents.

Requirements: BA or equivalent in engineering, business or technical field. MBA desirable. 10+ years sales experience selling business software applications, or products/services that have a high $$ value, premium price (minimal discount).
Product must be intangible - application software, strategic IT services, strategic IT technology. Experience selling IT Services Management solutions ( Help Desk, Asset Management, Change Management) and/or Customer Relationship Management (Customer Support, Sales Force Automation, Lead Management, Quality) solutions is preferred.
Demonstrated consistent success in achieving an annual quota of $2.0M. Successfully closed deals of $1.0M or greater with multiple products, across multiple locations with the decision effecting multiple business owners across the account. Sold products/services to high level executives (CEO, EVP Operations, General Manager, CFO) on the business side of the house. Big 6 management consulting background or similar technical solutions experience desirable. Experience in business process reengineering is highly desirable. Broad technical background, with current understanding of Client Server, SQL Relational Database, Microsoft BackOffice, ERP. Proven track record of having negotiated the business terms and conditions of large enterprise deals with minimal involvement from management. Experience with Solution Selling Model or similar methodologies Strong professional presence. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to lead a team to solve complex technical and functional problems and work with accounts in complex political environments Strong work ethic with high degree of integrity. Team player. Expected travel low to moderate within specific sales territory.
