Job Description:  Manage the working relationship between InLeague and its customers via on-line, telephone and other communication methods in a manner that is accurate, friendly, cost-effective and better than the competition at what is important to customers. Accumulate technical and practical knowledge of InLeague offerings, and provide meaningful input to improve InLeague's offerings. Participate in creation and delivery of training programs. Actively contribute to building an inquiry knowledgebase by capturing and organizing why customers contact InLeague for service and the resolution to those inquiries.
