General Description of Duties: The Strategic Account Manager will have the responsibility to develop and implement an aggressive plan enabling the achievement of his/her annual revenue objectives. The focus of the Strategic Account Manager will be to develop and grow a base of eCRM-specific consulting, systems integration and application hosting business both within existing Sutherland Strategic Accounts as well as new clients engagements.
