Job Description:  This is a newly created position located near Greensboro, NC for a large international corporation. The position and budget were approved for hire on 7/27/00, and prescreening interviews will start immediately! My client will NOT sponsor work visas; all qualified and prescreened candidates must be either a US citizen, green card holder, or perm resident only.

BASIC FUNCTION INCLUDES:
Personally manages and directs all IS activities associated with the development and delivery of Call Center . Formulates strategy to implement innovative uses of Call Center Technology and Services and Desktop/LAN Technology to enhance internal customer satisfaction, reduce labor intensity, increase productivity, minimize loss, improve process flow, and reduce cost in mission critical business functions. Establishes/maintains liasion, communications, and coordination with field IS installations, Regional Data Centers, corporate departments, trading partners, and key vendors. Establishes and ensures compliance with best-practives IS operating standards, business practices, and applicable law & regulations in all locations. Manages all Call Center and support staffs. Responsible for the development and implementation of plans to migrate to production all call center initiatives.
