Job Description:  An international pharmaceutical company is seekeing an experienced Client Service Lead. The qualified individual will have, and will perform the following skill set/duties: Approximately 30% of the position is devoted to Help Desk Vendor Mangement. Additionally, 30% of the position is devoted to Project Management. Twenty-five percent of the position is directed towards Customer Service. The individual will concentrate 10% of his/her time on Administration. The remaining 5% of the candidate time will be directed towards Professional Development.
