Job Description: NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED, INDUSRTY LEADING ASP/PUBLISHING e-SOURCE Account managers are primarily responsible for relationship management of assigned affiliates. In this position, you assume a key role for guiding new clients beginning with implementation after the sale. You work closely with sales personnel to guide migration into company environment and to answer initial questions regarding training and the actual implementation process. Additionally, you help clients identify products and services they might need to aid in the development of their websites.Your proactive communications with clients (email and telephone) help insure ongoing account growth and satisfaction.
