Job Description:  This position offers the right individual a casual work environment in beautiful Miami and a ground floor opportunity help expand this already successful medical software development company. You will manage the technical support staff in support of both clients and inhouse development staff (by phone). Your experience should include: 2+ years supporting both technical and non-technical customers with Windows 98/NT, Networking, Terminal Server/Citrix, and HTML issues. Experience managing technical support personnel. Experience with software application testing and QA is a plus. MCSE preferred.
