Hiring Entity: Eddie Bauer Location: Redmond, WA - USA Job Description: Responsible for the supervision of a group of technical professionals providing level one support to Corporate IS customers via the telephone during designated hours of operation. Supervise the process of logging, resolving, and escalating problem tickets to appropriate resources. Assist the Help Desk Manager with the creation and maintenance of a list of services, objectives, strategy and plan for the IS Help Desk. Ensure that the staff is functioning effectively and is getting training as required to update their skill levels on all platforms supported. Keep current on Help Desk technology. Provide on-call support for Help Desk associates as needed.
