We're headquartered in Stamford, Conn. We have an opportunity for a Hotline Specialist, who will support clients of our flagship product, Everest(TM). You’ll use your customer service skills and technical abilities to respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and on the web. To qualify, you’ll need at least two years of experience in a software customer service environment, troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving problems. Experience in software helpdesk, accounting or financial industry is important. You’ll also need experience in operating systems like Windows NT/95, 98, 2000 and experience in OLAP and SQL. Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel is essential. A bachelor’s degree in a technical or accounting field is a strong plus.
