This position will be part of the City Manager's office and responsible for designing and implementing customer service improvements citywide in collaboration with other Senior Staff members. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for the overall management of a centralized 24/7 Call Center including oversight of day-to-day operations of the facility, strategic planning, employe recruitment & retention, process improvement interface with City Departments and budget development.
