Influent - The Executive Summit

The 2nd annual Executive Summit for IT Service and Support. To be held January 29-31, 2001 in Scottsdale, Arizona, this two and a half-day retreat serves the industry with fresh insights and perspectives into the challenges presented to us on a daily basis. This year's program reflects the most prominent issues faced by service and support organizations. You will participate in intense and informational round-table discussions to debate business alignment, leveraging technology and managing human capital. The faculty and discussion facilitators are preeminent practitioners and consultants in the support services industry. We have once again assembled a roster of world-class keynote speakers to contribute to the focus of The Executive Summit. Paul Strassmann will provide you with his insights on business alignment and will help you to discover, "What Are Your Employees Worth?" In his interactive presentation, "It Ain't Enough Just to Know Your Stuff," Doug Upchurch will show you how your work style impacts your personal effectiveness and your team's productivity. Due to the overwhelming response from last year's attendees, we have asked Lance Secretan to return. This year, he will challenge you to evolve your management style into one of "Inspirational Leadership."
