Siebel announced that Postbank NV will standardize on Siebel eBusiness Applications. Siebel Systems will afford Postbank a unified view of each customer across multiple accounts, so that Postbank representatives can provide service across channels of communication and increase customer satisfaction.



Blue Martini Ships On HP Platform [Top]
Blue Martini announced that it has shipped its Java-based Customer Interaction System on the HP-UX 11.0 platform for Unix. In addition to HP-UX, Blue Martini Software also supports Microsoft Windows NT and Sun Solaris.

TeleTech announced it has closed its acquisition of Newgen Results for $160 million in a stock-for-stock exchange accounted for as a pooling of interests. NCR Internet Banking Service Certified [Top]
NCR announced it has obtained OFX (Open Financial Exchange) certification from Microsoft and Intuit for its outsourced Internet Banking service. OFX is a specification for the exchange of financial data between financial institutions, businesses and consumers via the Internet. The certification allows financial institutions to provide their customers with direct access to account information using personal financial management software such as Microsoft Money, Quicken and QuickBooks.
