Teams With IBM [Top]
RadView announced a technology agreement with the IBM
PartnerWorld for Developers Program Solution Partnership
Centers. The arrangement enables IBM to assist independent
software vendors and application service providers in
building e-business applications. IBM selected RadView's
WebLoad 4.5 for its enterprise performance testing and
analysis capabilities and WebLoad Resource Manager for its
testing capabilities.

and Siebel Forge Partnership [Top]
Siebel and TIP announced a base level consulting
partnership to develop and implement CRM solutions for
eBusiness. Tip's experience with ERP along with Siebel's
CRM experience aims to be a complimentary combination for
E-business.
Guidant
Turns To BackWeb [Top]
BackWeb announced that Guidant is turning to BackWeb's
Politepush technology to streamline the distribution of
sales and training materials to Guidant's network of
medical device sales representatives. Powered by BackWeb's
e-Accelerator suite, Guidant can now send the same sales
materials via their network that previously were delivered
via courier in printed and CD format.
digiTRADE
Standardizes On Aspect [Top]
Aspect announced that digiTRADE is standardizing its
customer support product offering on the Aspect Customer
Relationship Portal with Aspect Customer Self-Service
technology. digiTRADE will use the Aspect software to
streamline the customer experiences of financial
institutions such as Citibank, First Union and Wells
Fargo.
Ariba
Uses Vignette [Top]
Vignette announced that Ariba selected Vignette technology
on which to build its new AribaLive solution. Vignette
will supply a feedback loop to allow users to give
direction on how best to optimize content on the AribaLive
site.
BMC
Chooses Acxiom [Top]
Acxiom announced that BMC has selected Acxiom's AbiliTec
software as its Customer Data Integration solution.
Acxiom's AbiliTec will be incorporated by BMC to help it
achieve a customer view across existing sales force
automation, order entry and product support databases.
AbiliTec aims to enable BMC to improve its ability to
serve BMC customers and provide them with better support.
BLINDS
TO GO Selects Group 1 [Top]
Group 1 announced that Blinds To Go has selected Group 1's
DM1 database marketing system to maximize the
effectiveness of its customer relationship marketing
efforts. The ASP offering of DM1 utilizes a customer's
existing network infrastructure via a high speed Internet
connection. DM1 is a database marketing solution designed
for marketers.
Subaru
of New England With Servigistics [Top]
Servigistics announced that Subaru of New England has
realized cost savings and customer service improvements
since deploying Servigistics PartsPlan in December of
1999. With inventories of parts required to support a
network of Subaru automobile dealers, Subaru needed a
service parts planning system that would ensure having the
right part at the right location and at the right time.
With Servigistics, Subaru has lowered its service parts
inventory while continuing to maintain service levels.
