Kaidara And Blue Martini Form Alliance [Top] Kaidara and Blue Martini announced an alliance to provide manufacturers with case-based reasoning (CBR) technology to enable greater customer service, reduced cost and enhanced efficiency. The alliance will focus on integrating Kaidara's Advisor software suite with Blue Martini Manufacturing, a new solution announced last week. Under the terms of the agreement, both companies will work together to jointly develop, market and sell the combined solution.
Altitude For DeTeWe [Top] Altitude Software has signed an agreement with DeTeWe Ltd, which will allow DeTeWe to sell Altitude's uCI 2000 Plus suite of contact centre software in the UK. uCI software can complement existing call center products to help companies offer a variety of multimedia contact options to their customers. The agreement will make uCI available to DeTeWe's customer base of call-contact centres throughout the UK.
BSkyB Deploys Davox [Top] Davox announced that British Sky Broadcasting (BSkyB) has deployed Davox's dialling technology to further enhance its customer service capabilities. The deployment follows BSkyB's announcement last year that it would lead innovation in customer service by investing to upgrade its customer contact facilities with technology and processes.
OMV Chooses BroadVision [Top] BroadVision announced that OMV has selected BroadVision InfoExchange Portal to power its new enterprise portal initiative. OMV's new portal is being designed to deliver personalized information to clients, partners, suppliers and employees. The project will consolidate a number of existing Internet, intranet and extranet sites into a single, unified portal.
Customers Choosing Vignette V6 [Top] Vignette announced that new and existing customers and partners have selected Vignette V6 to meet their needs for a solution that manages, integrates and analyzes enterprise content. Vignette V6 is the new release of Vignette's set of integrated content management applications. Organizations that already have purchased or are upgrading to Vignette V6 include new and existing customers such as Cingular Wireless, Citibank Singapore, DaimlerChrysler, SAS, Sun Microsystems Inc. and Volvo IT North America.
