Toyota Australia announced that it has selected Vignette
content management applications to power its e-business
initiatives. The Prius Web site, http://www.prius.toyota.com.au/,
is the first of a series of updated Toyota Australia sites
that will use Vignette's content and personalization
technology to provide online customer support and dealer
services.
Netmining
Agreement With Accrue [Top]
Netmining has entered into an agreement with the American
firm, Accrue Software, regarding the distribution of its
software application, HitsIntoLeads. Under the terms of the
agreement, Accrue will include HitsIntoLeads in its Internet
analytics offerings and will be marketed through Accrue's
distribution network in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle
East and Africa).
ANALYTICi
Utilizing Group 1 [Top]
Group 1 announced that consulting firm ANALYTICi is utilizing
its customer data quality solutions in ANALYTICi's client
engagements. ANALYTICi is a consulting organization providing
CRM application strategy, hosted database marketing solutions,
and customized multi-channel tracking systems in an effort to
ensure ROI maximization.
Staubach
Implements Sant [Top]
The Sant Corporation announced that Staubach Global Services
will rollout Sant's eRFPMaster software to their national
proposal center. Staubach will use the software to streamline
the process of responding to complex request for proposals (RFPs)
and increase their win ratio.
Sauter
To Include eMation [Top]
eMation and Sauter Controls announced the use of eMation's DRM
technology within Sauter's novaPro Open software. novaPro
Open, the newest incarnation of Sauter's novaPro product line,
is designed for use in building automation systems.
Vector
Using Siebel [Top]
Siebel announced that Vector is enhancing customer service and
satisfaction using Siebel eBusiness Applications. By
introducing Siebel eEnergy, Vector has created a view of its
customers and business partners, and created a customer-driven
business model, aiming to `set the standard' for business in
the deregulated national electricity market.
