ReleaseNow announced the implementation of online customer
support technology from LivePerson. ReleaseNow will
integrate a LivePerson Chat icon into e-commerce sites it
develops and hosts. If a buyer has a question, he or she
is connected with operators via a text-based chat.

Selects Pivotal [Top]
Pivotal announced that InsLogic has selected the Pivotal
Demand Chain Network solution suite to create Web services
and products for companies in the insurance industry. The
Pivotal Demand Chain Network solution suite enables
InsLogic to enhance its eInsurance solution with eCommerce
and CRM capabilities.
HearMe
Selects NewChannel [Top]
NewChannel announced that HearMe has selected NewChannel's
acquisition and eSales solution. NewChannel will enable
HearMe to invite Web site visitors to a permissions-based
sales consultation, allowing its sales force to consult
with Web prospects, thereby turning the HearMe Web site
into a proactive sales channel.
Sony
Music Australia Deploys Interactive Intelligence [Top]
Sony Music Australia deployed an interaction management
solution by Interactive Intelligence to process national
sales and customer service inquiries from major music
retail clients such as Sanity and HMV. Call Time Solutions
installed the Customer Interaction Center in August at
Sony Music's contact center facility in Sydney.
