Research Survey For Knowlagent [Top]
A recent survey conducted by Opinion Research for
Knowlagent found that as many as 80 percent of consumers
contacted have had their perceptions of a product or
company changed by a negative experience with a contact
center representative. What's more, only 16% of those
callers placed their calls in order to complain - the vast
majority were simply looking for information. The
Knowlagent/ORC survey targeted a random sample of 1,023
American men and women ages 18 and over.
