KANA Named Rising Star [Top] KANA announced that it has been named a Rising Star on the 2001 Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in the U.S. and Canada. The 25 Rising Star winners are made up of companies that have been in business between three and five years and are ranked based on percentage of growth in revenues for three years (1998 to 2000). KANA received the Rising Star recognition based on its increase in revenues of 5,720 percent and ability to enable organizations to create intelligent, more effective interactions that lead to loyal and lasting customer relationships.
BroadVision In AMR Vendor Council [Top] BroadVision announced participation in AMR Research's Enterprise Commerce Management (ECM) Vendor Council, a corporate group of technology executives from software providers committed to developing more user-friendly enterprise software applications. Companies and executives were chosen by AMR Research to participate in the council based on market share of the company and industry experience of the executive.
EXAMIND Selects Teradata [Top] Teradata announced that EXAMIND selected a Teradata data warehouse. Teradata will support the data warehousing and CRM needs of EXAMIND AG's e-business customers that use the Internet as their primary sales channel for products and services.
GWI For Microsoft Exchange Users [Top] GWI announced that the Company will initially offer its browser based c.Support for Microsoft Exchange 2000 free to qualified Microsoft Exchange customers. The application can be found through the Web at www.gwi.com.
Quadstone Announces Siebel Validation [Top] Quadstone announced that the integration between its Quadstone System version 3.0 and Siebel eBusiness Applications version 6.0 has been validated by Siebel Systems. The Siebel Validation Program applies technical scrutiny to evaluate the integration of third-party solutions with Siebel eBusiness Applications.
SEI Expands In Fargo [Top] SEI announced the completion of an 11,000 square-foot addition to the company's Fargo, North Dakota, call center and customer care facility. In conjunction with the physical expansion, SEI also announced that they have hired 20 customer service professionals since November 1st, and plan to hire 10 - 15 more by the end of the year.
