Committee.

Selects Firstwave [Top]
Firstwave announced that its relationship management
solution will be utilized by Syntricity. Firstwave's eCRM
suite will provide Syntricity's workforce with access to
one database that will consolidate information generated
by the company's customers, partners, value-added
resellers, distributors, prospects and employees,
regardless of their location or source of information.

With Blue Martini [Top]
Industri-Matematik announced with Blue Martini that the
companies will work together to provide an e-business
solution combining software for interacting with customers
and managing order fulfillment. The solution manages the
e-business processes involved in revenue generation and
customer satisfaction to create a sales, service and
delivery system based on the Blue Martini Customer
Interaction System and Industri-Matematik's VIVALDI order
fulfillment software.

Telecom Purchases From eshare [Top]
eshare announced a sale of its NetAgent software package
to Quebec's Gexel Telecom. NetAgent provides businesses
with technology for e-mail, chat, live interaction,
content management, and other CIM applications.

Announces Opening of Tokyo Office [Top]
CosmoCom announced that the company has opened an office
in Tokyo. Opening this office will enable them to provide
support to their partners and customers in the area.
Servistream
Partners With Pals1 [Top]
Servistream announced an agreement with PALS1. Servistream
will provide online help and guidance to autistic
