research program is unique in bringing together university

Pajama Joins HP Program [Top]
White Pajama announced that White Pajama is now a member of
Hewlett-Packard Company's Service Provider Program. Under the
HP Service Provider Program, White Pajama will work with HP in
a joint go-to-market strategy. HP will refer to White Pajama
companies that may need White Pajama's services and will also
refer White Pajama CRM contact center solutions to other
program members.

Oncontact announced its victory in the MOBY Awards. Oncontact

Selects Convergys [Top]
Convergys announced that SWIFT has chosen its Geneva Active
Revenue Management software to bill SWIFT's product portfolio.
Geneva has the ability to support pricing models and contract
arrangements and was selected because of its flexibility in a
commercial environment.
Harte-Hanks
Trillium Expansion [Top]
The Harte-Hanks Trillium Software division is continuing its
expansion into the Pacific Rim by signing two new
international resellers to its Global Technology Alliance
Initiative. The resellers, Asian Pacific Technology LTD (APT)
of Hong Kong, and 6th Generation Software of Singapore, have
agreed to distribute the Trillium Software System in their
respective regions and Mainland China.
