SAND Selected By Mobile Operator [Top] SAND Technology announced that ClarityBlue, its systems integration and customer intelligence consultancy division, has been selected by one of the UK's mobile operators to supply customer analytics in a deal worth approximately $2,000,000. Under the contract, ClarityBlue will help the operator to analyze past customer behaviors, predict and influence their future mobile usage, assist in building customer relationships and drive more value out of its customer base.

A first party outsource provider and collections agency, Pentagroup has implemented ATOMS, the contact center solution from Noble Systems, to provide a technology solution to manage its collections activities.
BC Hydro With ClickSoftware [Top] Indus International and ClickSoftware announced that BC Hydro -- one of Canada's electric utilities -- will implement a new scheduling solution incorporating software from both companies designed to increase customer service and lower costs for the utility. BC Hydro has been using elements of Indus' PassPort Energy Delivery Solution to streamline power transmission and distribution, work management and supply chain functions. The company has now chosen IndusConnect to extend the functionality of the PassPort solution by linking Indus applications with partner products.
