transaction fees. By structuring fees on a flat basis,
customers gain a new level of predictability and
manageability. Peregrine's pricing strategy enables
e-Trading customers to pay a flat monthly fee based on the
number of trading relationships, rather than on the number
of transactions.

Moves Corporate Headquarters [Top]
Brightware announced that it has moved the company
headquarters from Novato, California to an office building
in San Rafael, California. Brightware increases its total
square footage by more than 65%, setting the stage for
significant expansion fueled by new customers.

To Acquire ShowCase [Top]
SPSS signed an agreement to purchase ShowCase. SPSS
officials cite ShowCase’s sales channel, professional
services expertise, business intelligence technology,
middle market customer base and organization as reasons
for the acquisition.

ICT
Reports Earnings Growth [Top]
ICT GROUP reported consolidated net revenues of $51.4
million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2000, an
increase of 39% over 1999 third quarter net revenues of
$37.1 million. Operating income for this year's third
quarter increased 66% to $3.0 million, from $1.8 million
in the third quarter of 1999.
