Sonant And Loquendo OEM Agreement
Sonant Corporation and Loquendo announced they have signed an OEM agreement whereby Loquendo speech technologies will be provided within Sonants ClientCall eCenter line of contact center automation products. Loquendos multilingual Text-To-Speech engine will be integrated with Sonants eCenter systems and will play a roll in optimizing the callers experience when using these systems.

EADS TELECOM North America announced the availability of PointSpan M6550, its Voice over IP (VoIP) and converged telecommunications platform. The addition of the PointSpan M6550 offering completes the general availability of the fully integrated PointSpan M6500 suite.

Symon Communications Beefs Up Sales & Marketing
