TeleTech will continue to provide Customer Care Reception services to HP's customers requiring help desk services.
Alaska Airlines And PAR3 Team [Top] As airlines scrambled to resume flying after the events of September 11, passengers searched for information, unsure whether their flights would operate, and if they would proceed with their current travel plans. Behind the scenes, Alaska Airlines and PAR3 worked around the clock to implement an automated flight confirmation and notification system - two months before it was scheduled to be available to passengers. Within days of the tragedy and only hours after deciding to automate the customer contact process, Alaska began using PAR3's Intelligent Response Platform to notify passengers of flight schedule changes and to confirm existing reservations. As a result, the alerts successfully reached 92 percent of the customers to whom they were sent.

The customized solution, to be branded "Hermes" within MWC and to be based upon Magic eCargo (Magic's air cargo management system), aims to improve MWC's cargo management control and secured tracking and verification capabilities.
Scitex Selects eMation [Top] eMation announced an agreement with Scitex Digital Printing to service-enable the Scitex VersaMark Printing System family of variable data, high-speed inkjet printers. The solution aims to provide field services personnel with the visual tools that will allow them to observe and control deployed printers so they can be remotely managed, monitored, serviced and supported through the Internet.
