Broadbase announced that My Alert has selected
Broadbase's suite of eCRM applications. Broadbase
applications will provide MyAlert with a customer view

Uses LivePerson [Top]
LivePerson delivers its Chat product to QVCUK.com. By
including LivePerson's Chat feature at the point of sale
of QVCUK.com's Web site, the company is able to address
customer concerns about price, shipping, return
policies, and any other purchase point questions that
may occur during the online shopping process.

Taps BroadVision [Top]
BroadVision announced that ExpoExchange has selected a
B2B e-commerce solution from BroadVision. Using
BroadVision MarketMaker, ExpoExchange will provide
tradeshow organizers and industry associations with
e-commerce capabilities that support the buyer and
seller relationship before, during and after the
tradeshow experience.

BackWeb and Mercado announced that they will offer an
e-commerce solution to improve data transfer of large
e-Catalogs across networks. This delivery option allows
