capabilities for its customer service department. The
company has implemented Kana Response to handle its
growing volume of customer emails.

Jeeves Adds StreamSearch [Top]
Ask Jeeves and StreamSearch announced a relationship
making StreamSearch's audio and video files available
through search results on the Ask.com site. StreamSearch
will be a provider to Ask Jeeves at Ask.com for
information relating to multimedia content.

Selects Critical Mass [Top]
Samsung is the latest to select Internet architect
Critical Mass for strategy, development and implementation
of online marketing initiatives to elevate its brand.

North Systems and The 5.12 Group announced a partnership
to deliver eCommerce solutions to industrial suppliers and
manufacturers. The partnership combines North Systems'
suite of hosted B2B eCommerce applications with The 5.12
Group's eBusiness consulting services to provide suppliers
with eCommerce solutions that increase revenue and cut
costs across all of their B2B sales channels.
Acxiom
Purchases Intarsia 2.0 [Top]
SEDONA announced that Acxiom has purchased SEDONA's
IntarsiaTM 2.0 Internet-based CRM application for use in
creating expanded marketing services for mid-sized banks.
Acxiom's current services include analysis, report
preparation, campaign development, fulfillment creation,
data management and other services that help banks design
and implement customer marketing programs.

Continue to Select MarketSoft [Top]
MarketSoft announced that American Express and Cisco
Systems have selected MarketSoft's eMarketing solutions.
These two deals come on the heels of other recent customer
wins with companies such as Key Bank, Polaroid, and IBM.
The combination of MarketSoft's marketing platform,
eOffers, and its Web-based lead management application,
eLeads, forms a suite that helps companies market.
Iomega
Adopts Blue Martini [Top]
Iomega announced the selection of Blue Martini's
Java-based Customer Interaction System to power all Iomega
B-to-B and B-to-C Web sites. Blue Martini will help Iomega
offer its customers, partners and suppliers an improved
Web experience. The Blue Martini Customer Interaction
System will integrate Iomega customer interactions across
all of its channels, including Web sites, call centers and
eventually WAP-enabled wireless devices.
Magic
to Help Hoffmann [Top]
Magic announced that it is working with Hoffmann GmbH
Qualitaetswerkzeuge. The site, which is being developed
and implemented in stages using Magic’s e-commerce
template, Magic eMerchant, ultimately will be home to
about 35,000 items that can be ordered online for
delivery.
