PeopleSoft and Visa announced an alliance to integrate Visa transaction data into the PeopleSoft Travel and Expense solution. This product provides Visa and PeopleSoft customers with an automated reporting system that helps capture and store data to better manage travel and expense costs.



DaimlerChrysler Using eGain [Top]
DaimlerChrysler announced that it is using eGain Knowledge. Because of eGain, DaimlerChrysler has increased productivity at its call center, the call volume has grown from 25,000 to 36,000 calls per month and the average call hold time has decreased by three-fold.



Peregrine and Bull Join Forces [Top]
Peregrine announced that international IT group Bull SA has strengthened its commitment to Peregrine technology by signing an agreement to deliver a solution with an e-Procurement platform for Bull's outsourcing and service businesses. Peregrine's products will enable Bull to implement processes for their clients, reduce IT support costs, improve the efficiency of existing IT staff, and increase service levels.
