Talkway announced that it has licensed its
MarketingTalk audio/video service to 24/7 Media,
Digital Impact, and Xchange, enabling the three
companies to enhance their email marketing services
with audio/video content. Through these licensing
agreements, it is estimated that more than 4.8 billion
email marketing messages will be Talkway video-enabled
annually.
Arthur
Andersen Teams With Blue Martini [Top]
Blue Martini announced an alliance with Arthur
Andersen to deliver Blue Martini's Customer
Interaction System to joint customers, with a focus on
delivering solutions to B-to-B customers. Arthur
Andersen has already started to train its consultants
on Blue Martini's applications and will also implement
the Customer Interaction System in its solution
centers in the U.S., Europe and the Asia-Pacific
region.

Commerce Teams With BroadVision [Top]
BroadVision announced that Network Commerce has
licensed BroadVision's suite of applications. Network
Commerce plans to offer custom implementations of
BroadVision technology through its eBusiness Services
division. The eBusiness Services division provides
consulting, custom commerce solutions, and marketing
services designed to help business-to-business and
business-to-consumer companies succeed online.
iSKY
Provides Customer Care [Top]
iSKY announced that the Mexico Tourism Board is
utilizing iSKY to support Mexico's tourism industry.
iSKY's solution will enable travel agents and tourists
to obtain travel information through phone, fax, email
or live text-chat. Acting on behalf of MTB, iSKY
Customer Relationship Associates will interact with
clients and future visitors, providing them
information about Mexico as a travel and vacation
destination.

Lightning Rod announced that it has signed a business
alliance agreement with MiTech AMS MiTech will

Chordiant
Announces Financial Results [Top]
Chordiant announced its financial results for the
third quarter ended September 30, 2000. Total net
revenues were $9.7 million, more than double the $4.1
million reported for the third quarter of 1999 and a
31% sequential increase from $7.4 million for the
second quarter of 2000.
NEC
Deploys Broadbase [Top]
Broadbase announced that NEC has accelerated their
eCRM strategy with the deployment of Broadbase on
their first B2C site, 121ware.com. Specifically,
information relating to personal computers,
peripherals, events and services previously scattered
around 15 corporate web sites will be integrated to
121ware.com, where services and products will be
provided in one-stop shopping convenience.
