    eGain announced the availability of a new adapter in its eGain Call Center Bridge family of products. eGain Call Center Bridge 5.1 is the latest version of the adapter that provides integration of eGain Live Web, eGain's software suite for customer service and support over the Web, with the Aspect Enterprise Contact Server.



    Data Warehouse Selects SER [Top]
    SER Solutions announced a new contract for its Call Processing System (CPS), formerly an EIS International product. Data Warehouse will implement SER's outbound call management system in the company's Frontline Direct Fort Lauderdale call center.



    Toyota And Lexus Financial Services Deploy edocs [Top]
    edocs announced that Toyota Financial Services (TFS) has licensed and deployed its online account management and e-Billing solution. With the software, TFS and Lexus Financial Services (LFS) will provide its Toyota and Lexus retail auto financing and leasing customers with online access to account information and services.
