Aspect Reports Third Quarter Results
Aspect Communications reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2004. Revenues for the third quarter of 2004 totaled $91.2 million compared to $92.6 million for the third quarter last year and $91.0 million for the second quarter of 2004. Net income attributable to common shareholders for the third quarter was $11.3 million or a profit of $0.14 per share on a basic and fully diluted basis.

BroadVision Announces Third Quarter 2004 Results
BroadVision reported financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2004. Revenues for the third quarter of 2004 were $17.2 million, compared with revenues of $20.1 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2004 and $18.6 million for the third quarter of 2003. License revenue for the quarter totaled $4.7 million versus $7.1 million in the second quarter of 2004 and $5.1 million in the comparable quarter of 2003.

Convergys Corporation Revenues up 12 Percent
Convergys announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2004. Total revenues increased 12 percent to $639.9 million compared to $570.7 million reported in the third quarter of 2003. Net income was $30.1 million or $0.21 per diluted share compared with $45.5 million or $0.31 in the third quarter of 2003.

FileNet Reports Third Quarter 2004 Results
FileNet announced financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2004. Total revenues for the third quarter of 2004 were $96.5 million compared to total revenues of $89.4 million for the same period in 2003 and $94.1 million for the second quarter of 2004. Net income was $6.4 million in the third quarter of 2004, compared to net income of $2.5 million in the third quarter of 2003 and $2.2 million in the second quarter of 2004.

Interactive Intelligence Reports Third Quarter Results
Interactive Intelligence reported revenues of $13.4 million for the third quarter ended Sept. 30. This was an 11 percent increase over revenues of $12.1 million reported for the third quarter of 2003. The company reported net income of $102,000, or $0.01 per share for the third quarter of 2004, which compares to a net loss of $1.0 million, or $0.07 per share, in the same quarter last year.

Mercury Interactive Reports Third Quarter Results
Mercury Interactive reported results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2004. Revenue for the third quarter of 2004 was $165.4 million, an increase of 31 percent compared to $126.1 million reported in the third quarter of 2003. Cash generated from operations for the third quarter of 2004 was $43.3 million compared to $22.2 million in the third quarter of 2003.

Pervasive Software Reports First Quarter Results
Pervasive Software announced results for the first quarter ended September 30, 2004, consistent with preliminary results announced October 1, 2004. Revenue, as reported under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), was $11.8 million for the first quarter of fiscal year 2005, compared to $9.4 million for the first quarter of last fiscal year. Net income was $0.8 million, or $0.03 diluted earnings per share, for the first quarter, compared to net income of $1.4 million, or $0.08 diluted earnings per share, for the first quarter of last fiscal year.
