Names Talebi as CFO [Top]
iCommunicate announced that Kam Talebi has joined the

Announced 12 Founding Partners [Top]
Building on the recent announcement establishing a partner
initiative for Oracle9i Application Server Wireless Edition,
Oracle announced the 12 founding partners that will be key
to extending the capabilities of Oracle's wireless
middleware. The founding partners include: Cap Gemini Ernst
& Young, eCal, GoAmerica, iXL, LPG Innovations, MapInfo,
OracleMobile, Portal Software, Trintech, 24/7 Media,
SignalSoft, Vignette and Xmarc. Oracle's Wireless Partner
Initiative was created to help independent software vendors,
ASPs and system integrators build wireless portals and
Internet applications that will wireless-enable e-businesses
using Oracle9i Application Server Wireless Edition.

DecisionOne has again been named the Internet Service
Provider of the Year as part of the Software Support
Professionals Association’s STAR Awards. Receiving this
award for the third consecutive year, DecisionOne once again
demonstrated how it supports the “dot-com” world with
solutions.
ServiceWare
Completes Annual User Group Conference [Top]
ServiceWare Technologies hosted its annual User Conference,
eVision 2000, in New Orleans on October 2-4. The theme of
the conference was “Competing in an eCustomer Age,” and
the agenda included presentations from ServiceWare
executives as well as customers and partners such as Yamaha
Corporation, First Union National Bank and Hewlett-Packard.

Expands ASP Plans [Top]
Peregrine Systems announced it is growing its ASP business

Janna Systems announced record revenues and earnings for the
quarter ended September 30, 2000. Janna's third quarter
revenue of $16,818,000 increased by 245% from the $4,870,000
reported during the same period of the previous year.
