Invacare.com was designed and developed through a joint partnership between Deloitte & Touche, Roundarch, and Invacare. Invacare aims to reduce customer service costs and increase market share by incorporating an internet-based customer service channel to their existing infrastructure and providing content and personalization for dealer and end-users.
