Oracle and PTC announced that they have joined forces to
deliver a product commerce solution. Now available, Oracle
Product Development Exchange leverages Internet technologies
to help streamline the product development process. PTC's
Windchill for Oracle Product Development Exchange package
complements Oracle Product Development Exchange with design
and engineering management solutions.

Direct Adds Instant Messaging to eCare Suite [Top]
ROI Direct announced its selection of FaceTime
Communications to provide instant messaging capabilities to
ROI Direct clients. FaceTime's Instant Customer application
will be branded under the ROI Direct label. Initially,
FaceTime will implement and host the application, while ROI
Direct will take responsibility for sales, Web-site
integration, and first-level customer support.
Meloche
Monnex Deploys Solution From Nortel [Top]
Meloche Monnex is using an eBusiness solution from Nortel
Networks to provide CRM and improve its Return on
Relationship. Meloche Monnex has deployed Nortel Networks
Symposium* Call Center Server 3.0 to network five Canadian
client service centers and support 280,000 clients. With
Symposium Call Center Server, Meloche Monnex is able to
develop reports, and to perform call routing to agents.

Announces SlashSupport.com [Top]
Supportgate.com announced today that SlashSupport.com has
joined the Service Vendor Alliance (SVA). The primary focus
of SVA is to increase the visibility of vendors and
suppliers within the IT service and support community.
SlashSupport is a Business Process Outsourcer that provides
a support solution for users of IT products, the IT helpdesk
for desktop applications and customer care for e-commerce
ventures.

and SimplyHealth.com Partnership [Top]
Vadum announced its partnership agreement with
SimplyHealth.com. The companies have linked their resources
together through a co-branded site that provides their
respective customers with access to each other’s services.
IHS
Helpdesk Service Uses Compare [Top]
IHS Helpdesk Service announced its endorsement and use of
Compare to provide data to employees and clients. Compare
data will be used by IHS management consultants to contrast
performance from one help desk to another. The company will
also use the information in drafting proposals, in order to
give prospective clients comparisons.

Group Partners With ZAMBA [Top]
ICT Group announced an alliance with ZAMBA Solutions. The
alliance combines the consulting and systems integration
expertise of ZAMBA with ICT’s experience in CRM services.
The partnership also focuses on their shared use of Aspect's
Customer Relationship Portal and hosted automatic call
distribution technologies.
