HTE Selects Connect-Care 7 [Top] Connect-Care has chosen Connect-Care 7 for its nearly 500 employees to manage customer information through a central database across HTE offices in Florida, Connecticut, Virginia and Washington. Connect-Care 7 is replacing the company's legacy Siebel system to satisfy four support objectives in reducing operational costs, improving staff performance, gaining process efficiencies and raising the level of customer satisfaction.
