    Siebel Systems announced that Rand Water is transforming customer service and responsiveness using Siebel eBusiness Applications, MidMarket Edition. The company is using the software to implement best-practice business processes in its multichannel customer service center.



    Kaidara Expands Applications [Top]
    Kaidara announced the availability of Kaidara Dialog in conjunction with the latest release of its Kaidara Advisor product. Kaidara Dialog accelerates the retrieval of relevant information to solve customer's service and support problems. By providing an advanced natural language interface, Kaidara Dialog enables users to present a problem or question in their own choice of terms without limiting the quality or accuracy of the response.



    HTE Selects Connect-Care 7 [Top]
    Connect-Care has chosen Connect-Care 7 for its nearly 500 employees to manage customer information through a central database across HTE offices in Florida, Connecticut, Virginia and Washington. Connect-Care 7 is replacing the company's legacy Siebel system to satisfy four support objectives in reducing operational costs, improving staff performance, gaining process efficiencies and raising the level of customer satisfaction.
