France Telecom Launches BroadVision [Top] BroadVision announced that France Telecom has launched Bizao, a BroadVision-powered portal for small and medium sized businesses. Bizao provides services designed to help small and medium sized companies optimize processes, manage costs and further develop their businesses. France Telecom used BroadVision's suite of enterprise self-service applications to create the new portal.
Onyx For Microsoft Pocket PC [Top] Onyx announced that it will support the Microsoft Pocket PC 2002 platform with its suite of mobile CRM solutions. Onyx plans to extend the platform support currently offered by Onyx Employee Portal Handheld and OEP Outlook, which deliver access to customer information in Onyx, to include this latest version of Microsoft's Pocket PC platform.
Siebel Makes Investment In SPSS [Top] SPSS announced that Siebel Systems has made a $5 million equity investment in the company. SPSS has evolved from a statistical software company to one providing a range of data mining and other data analytical technology and services.
HealthGuard Of Lancaster Selects Outlaw [Top] Outlaw Technologies announced that it has signed an agreement to provide HealthGuard of Lancaster with its CustomerFocus, MemberFocus, and ProviderFocus suite of products. Implementing the Outlaw suite of products aim to enhance HealthGuard's ability to understand and support its members, providers and groups through access to data, issue workflow, and expanded reporting.
Pegasystems And Misys With Joint Offering [Top] Pegasystems announced that it is expanding its partnership with Misys International Banking Systems. Going forward, Misys will combine Midas, its back-office transaction-processing engine with Pegasystems' front-end PegaCRM Investigations software solution to provide a transaction processing solution to corporate banking.
