    Convergys announced the availability of an enhanced version of ICOMS Web Self Care. ICOMS Web Self Care 2.0 is designed to expand the self-service capabilities that enable operators using Convergys' ICOMS cable and broadband billing and customer care software to reduce their service costs while improving subscriber satisfaction.

    The Carphone Warehouse has recently purchased smartFOCUS Intelligent Marketing Analysis and Visualization solutions, which aims to improve customer insight and intelligence across the business and enhance the customer's lifetime value. The smartFOCUS smartANALYZER solutions can provide specific customer information as required and intelligence and insight, from which business decisions can be made.
