Brightware
Announces Record Quarter [Top]
Brightware announced major customer wins and the largest
quarter in its history. Brightware booked such new accounts
as Hotel Reservations Network and West Main Interactive, and
increased its presence in the wireless industry by adding
AT&T Wireless Services and Arch Paging. to a customer
list that already includes Carphone Warehouse and other
wireless providers.
Quaero
Expansion in New York and Atlanta [Top]
Quaero announces the opening of two regional offices in New
York and Atlanta. Quaero’s Executive VP’s, Ro King and
Brad Connard are managing the New York office and directing
operations in Atlanta respectively.
Sento
Announces New Contact Center [Top]
Sento announced that construction has begun on Sento's
newest eCustomer Contact Center, which will be located in
Green River, Wyoming. The Green River location is on
schedule to be operational by April 2001 and will house 200
plus support agents.
Synchrony
Doubles Contract Revenue [Top]
Synchrony announced its fourth consecutive quarter of
doubled contract revenue. During Synchrony's most successful
quarter to date, Synchrony signed its single largest
customer contract and completed venture financing totaling
$27 million.
BT
Selects PCsupport.com [Top]
PCsupport.com announced an agreement for a referral program
with British Telecom (BT) Small and Medium Enterprises.
PCsupport.com will design, build and host an online support
portal at the domain address, www.bt24x7.com. BT customers
will have access to an eSupport portal powered by
PCsupport.com. The portal will include Auto-Help, Self-Help,
Assisted-Help and Online Backup eSupport services.
Liaison
Joins Vignette [Top]
Liaison announced that it is the newest member of the
Technology Partner Program of Vignette. The Liaison Content
Exchange and the Liaison Express software products will be
available to Vignette customers as optional add-on products.
The Liaison products will enhance Vignette solutions for
customers in need of a method to extract, aggregate and
rationalize data to provide B2B exchanges the content
necessary to drive purchasing decisions.
Greenland
Selects Telera [Top]
Telera announced that Greenland has chosen its Intelligent
Communications Network to serve as their voice applications
infrastructure. The Telera solution allows customers to pick
up a phone at the ABM kiosk and connect to Greenland’s
contact center for live assistance.
