Moreover.com to the PeopleSoft Portal Solutions.
Moreover.com's news application, called ``webfeed,'' will
aggregate internet content into manageable news
categories.

Systems Acquires Customers [Top]
North Systems announced that more than 125 industrial
suppliers have selected the NorthB2B suite to better
manage, maximize and eCommerce-enable sales channels,
including direct and indirect channels, Net markets and
eProcurement systems. Recent customer wins include
manufacturers such as Viking Components, HDC Corporation,
Honeywell, Nook Industries, ERSA, Keithley, and Sony.

to Help Sykes [Top]
Aspect announced that Sykes Enterprises is implementing
the multisite edition of Aspect eWorkforce Management
software and its Adherence and Agent Productivity modules.
Aspect eWorkforce Management forecasts contact volumes and
handle times for voice, Web, e-mail and fax; determines
the staff and resource requirements for customer service;
schedules staff and resources and tracks performance by
operational criteria.

Selects Xchange 4.0 [Top]
Xchange announced that Promoteam.com will utilize the
emessaging component of the Xchange 4.0 solution suite for
eCRM. Promoteam.com will use Xchange 4.0 to communicate
with customers through email tailored to the interests of
each individual customer.

Selects BackWeb [Top]
BackWeb announced an alliance with Amicada to introduce a
new approach to Internet advertising. BackWeb's Polite
push technology will allow the delivery of large content
files of any size or format, including audio, video,
graphics and html. Deliveries occur in the background
without impacting other applications in use.
AIS
Selects PCsupport.com [Top]
PCsupport.com announced that AON Innovative Solutions
(AIS) has selected its suite of eSupport products and
services. AIS will market the eBirthCertificate (eBC), an
asset management tool, to its retailers and their
customers. With the combination of the PCsupport.com
offerings, and the eBC portal, AIS hopes to lower support
call volumes and provide additional value and service to
customers.

Gold Integrates CRM Companies [Top]
24k Gold Points has brought together three industry
leaders in the areas of e-commerce and personalization in
a partnership to develop the company's e-commerce
solution. BroadVision, Net Perceptions and OrderTrust will
develop the platform to support 24k.com. The site will
enable consumers to shop online, plan and book travel and
find local entertainment while earning the rewards
currency Gold Points for every transaction.
Siebel
Completes Acquisition of OnLink [Top]
Siebel announced that it has closed its acquisition of
OnLink Technologies. Each outstanding share of OnLink
Technologies common stock was exchanged at an exchange
ratio of approximately 0.3304, for newly issued shares of
common stock of Siebel Systems.
