Pamlab Implements Target SFA
SEI Information Technology Wins Contract [Top] SEI Information Technology has been contracted to provide multi-lingual training and user support for Ingersoll-Rand International (IRI). IRI is Ingersoll-Rand's new global export sales and service trading company. Under the multi-year contract, SEI will provide outbound training and inbound support services to thousands of IR corporate employees and several hundred dealerships, supporting the deployment of a new application across several countries.
Pamlab Implements Target SFA [Top] Pamlab has selected the Target SFA suite to fully automate its sales process. Pamlab will utilize Target Mobile running on Pocket PC handheld computers to mobilize its field force. The company will also implement the Target BackOffice CRM and sample accountability package and integrate it with Great Plains accounting and other internal systems. Pilot testing will begin in the fourth quarter of 2003 with the full sales force rollout scheduled for early 2004.
