Car UK with Onyx [Top]
Onyx announced that Hyundai Car UK will use Onyx's suite of
CRM software, Onyx 2000. The software will create a customer
and prospect database from Hyundai's existing multiple
databases, be extended to Hyundai's network of dealers via
the Onyx Partner Portal, and extend the relationship
management solution to the dealers.

Enters Gaming Industry [Top]
LivePerson delivers its eCRM products to today's major
online gaming and betting companies. The companies, which
include Betzone.com, Bet2day.com, CSRLive, Players Only, and
Small World Sports, will use LivePerson's eCRM solutions to
communicate with their customers.

Investment Leads $31.5M Investment in Talisma [Top]
Talisma announced completion of its first round of private
equity financing, totaling $31.5 million, led by Oak
Investment Partners. Madrona Venture Group, The Carlyle
Group, SeaPoint Ventures and Cedar Grove Investments also
participated in the round of financing.
