Aspect Provides Support To Relief And Recovery Efforts [Top] Aspect announced that the company is donating $100,000 to the relief and recovery efforts surrounding the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. In addition, Aspect contact center technology and support personnel played a role in supporting the ``America: A Tribute to Heroes'' telethon that raised an estimated more than $150 million for disaster relief.
Welch Allyn Selects SAP [Top] SAP announced that Welch Allyn will implement the newest version of mySAP CRM as part of its strategy to drive more value in its customer interactions and business processes. mySAP CRM will provide connectivity for more than 2,700 Welch Allyn employees, integrating with a suite of solutions, including supply chain management, product life-cycle management, business intelligence and financials, that Welch Allyn will implement from the mySAP.com e-business platform.
Cintas Implements Unica [Top] Unica announced that Cintas has deployed Unica's Affinium to manage its business-to-business marketing campaigns. Affinium delivers functionality for data mining and predictive modeling, customer interaction and campaign management, personalization, and reporting.
Quadstone First For First National Bank [Top] First National Bank has turned to Quadstone to help them to deliver the right product and service to meet each individual customer's requirements. Quadstone's predictive marketing software has been installed in both the First National Consumer Finance and First National Motor Finance divisions to help the bank analyze customer records and to build predictions of the value of each customer relationship.
Teradata Expands [Top] Teradata announced the expansion of its ten-year-old San Diego benchmarking facility. The expansion creates new capacity for businesses to test the Teradata data warehouse and analytic applications in a real-world environment.
