    Axeda Systems And ClickSoftware To Automate [Top]
    Axeda Systems and ClickSoftware announced an alliance to integrate and co-market the Axeda DRM System with the ClickFix Intelligent Problem Resolution product. The combined solution aims to enable proactive customer service through automated diagnosis of remote equipment problems, self-healing corrective actions, Web-based customer self-diagnosis, knowledge management, and usage-based predictive maintenance.



    Arctic Cat Selects SAP [Top]
    SAP announced that Arctic Cat has selected mySAP.com to enhance the effectiveness of its operations and service to its customers. Arctic Cat will deploy customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise portal solutions from SAP to create a call center and dealer portal to optimize customer service for its global network of independent dealers and distributors.



    TSANet Announces Three New Members [Top]
    TSANet announced that three new members have joined its ranks. The new members are BEA, an application infrastructure software company; CNT, a provider of storage networking solutions and services; and XIOtech, a developer of comprehensive networked storage solutions.
