Opens New Contact Centers [Top]
Teleperformance announces the openings of three new
contact centers. The stations allow
Teleperformance’s customer service agents to
develop customer relationships through email,
web-chat, phone, fax and mail. Clients have the
ability to outsource their entire CRM enterprise to
them.

Opens ChicagoOffice [Top]
MessageMedia announced that it has opened a sales
and support office in Chicago to further strengthen
its presence in the domestic marketplace and to
better support its rapid sales growth in the
Midwest.
Witness
Systems to Relocate [Top]
Colonial Properties Trust announced with Witness
Systems that it will relocate its metro
Atlanta-based corporate headquarters in Alpharetta,
Georgia to nearby Roswell, Georgia at the end of the
fourth quarter. In December 2000, Witness Systems
will officially move its international headquarters
to Colonial Center 300 at Mansell Overlook, a
property owned and operated by Colonial Properties
Trust.

Opens New Offices [Top]
eLoyalty announced it has opened offices in Dallas,
Atlanta, New York and the Washington, D.C. area.
Following the launch of its new headquarters in Lake
Forest, Illinois, eLoyalty is continuing its rollout
