Noble Systems will spotlight its ATOMS contact center automation software solution. ATOMS delivers features for managing inbound and outbound communications through universal queues.
Giant Eagle Rolling Out Self Checkout [Top] IBM, Productivity Solutions, and Giant Eagle announced that Giant Eagle is installing the ACM Self Checkout Solution from PSI and IBM in its grocery stores throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. The ACM solution from PSI and IBM makes self checkout available to all shoppers with its ability to allow shoppers with either large or small baskets to scan their order and -- without the need for a cashier -- pay with cash, credit cards or debit cards.
Insurance Company Adopts Syntellect [Top] Syntellect announced that it has received an order for a natural language Vista IMR (Interactive Media Response) solution from Central Benefits Mutual Insurance. Natural language speech recognition provides a user-interface allowing callers to use conversational dialogue with a voice response application as if they were speaking to a person.
CELLIT Announces Siebel Validation [Top] CELLIT Technologies announced that the integration between ContactPro Agent Version 4.x and Siebel eBusiness Applications version 6.0 has been validated by Siebel Systems. CELLIT's CIM solution is a single platform that routes, monitors, records, reports and administers all contact center interactions.
Protagona TechRankings [Top] Protagona announced that its Protagona Ensemble Suite v5 received scores from Cambridge-based Forrester Research in its latest eBusiness TechRankings of marketing automation applications last updated on September 12, 2001. Forrester evaluated vendors on 10 primary product attributes ranging from marketing analytics to vendor momentum. Protagona's product performed well in the campaign management and marketing analytics attributes.
