Airways have selected the company’s eQuality application
for their customer contact centers. The eQuality recording
solution enables these travel industry contact centers to

Nortel has integrated the SpeechPearl speech recognition
engine from Philips Speech Processing with its OSCAR voice
interaction platform for eBusiness, enabling deployment of
speech-enabled directory assistance and customer care
applications. The SpeechPearl engine enables users to have
natural dialogs with IVR systems.

Hyperion announced that ChipPAC, a semiconductor assembly
and test contractor, has selected Hyperion's business
analysis software to optimize its business. Hyperion will

Xoriant announced that it has formed an alliance with
Aspect. Xoriant and Aspect will join forces in areas of

NextClick announced that the company has signed Watertowne
Bottling as a personalization customer. NextClick will
create an online customer loyalty solution aimed at

SITEL
and Tata Form Venture [Top]
SITEL and Tata announced that they have signed a letter of
intent to form a 50/50 joint venture, to be named SITEL
India, that will provide contact center services from
India. The venture will provide technical support and
customer care for English-speaking customers throughout
the United States, United Kingdom and other
English-speaking countries.
