Witness Systems announced that Continental Airlines and US Airways have selected the company’s eQuality application for their customer contact centers. NextClick will create an online customer loyalty solution aimed at providing Watertowne with a North American personalization solution that is designed to place the company's pure bottled water into every home in North America.



SITEL and Tata Form Venture [Top]
SITEL and Tata announced that they have signed a letter of intent to form a 50/50 joint venture, to be named SITEL India, that will provide contact center services from India. The venture will provide technical support and customer care for English-speaking customers throughout the United States, United Kingdom and other English-speaking countries.
