With Siebel [Top]
Siebel Systems announced that Fujifilm is standardizing
its customer-facing activities in France on Siebel
eBusiness Applications. Siebel is enabling Fujifilm to
create a customer information management system, so that
sales, marketing and customer service teams can respond to
customer needs and changing market conditions.
Ashmead
College With Xchange [Top]
Xchange announced that Ashmead College has purchased the
emessaging component of the Xchange 4.0 solution suite for
eCRM. Ashmead College will use Xchange 4.0 to implement
targeted, permission-based eMessaging campaigns that
strengthen and grow relationships with students,
prospective students, alumni and staff.
SITEL
Partners With eForce [Top]
SITEL announced the signing of a multi-year agreement with
eForce. SITEL will provide support to the marketing of a
bundled utility program created by eForce and Ontario
Hydro Energy branded Onsource. SITEL will execute certain
CRM functions such as customer enrollment, customer care
and data collection for the program.

Aspect announced that Western Australia's leading energy
corporation, Western Power, has selected the Aspect

Launches R&D Center [Top]
Pivotal announced the opening of its new research and
development center in Toronto, Canada. The center will
contribute to the development of Pivotal's demand chain
network solutions for enterprises.

Selects Apropos [Top]
Apropos announced that Connected has successfully
implemented the Apropos Multimedia Interaction Management
solution. The solution enables Connected's customers to
communicate with Connected's customer support center
through inbound and outbound calls.
Calico
Partners With HubStorm [Top]
Calico Commerce and HubStorm announced a partnership
agreement and Calico names HubStorm as an ASP partner for
the hosting and maintenance of Calico Market Maker. Market
Maker provides a solution that includes cross-supplier
catalog, customized pricing, buyer profiling and user
content, back-end system integration and fulfillment
tracking information.
ICT
GROUP Systems Integrator Program [Top]
ICT GROUP announced it has launched a systems integration
partner program of which Butler International will be the
first alliance member. The alliance combines the advanced
project management, business process and systems
integration capabilities of Butler with more than 15
years' customer care expertise of ICT GROUP.
